I already take HCG and TRT (hence my comment about it not being a big deal).
Aren’t you the guy who actually made that HCG thread on the RPF? You were basically implying that you’d found a miraculous cure from what I was reading on your initial post a while back. I didn’t read the whole thread.
It sounds like you didn’t even really experiment with it properly, which is strange considering the direction that thread appeared to be going in, with lots of posters contributing, and enthusiastic by what you were proposing.
What changed? Jabbing a needle into subcutaneous belly fat really isn’t that much of a big deal. It doesn’t hurt, and takes literally a minute to do. Nothing else put you off HCG?

1.Calcirol - I've used perhaps one drop (resulted in the usual insomnia I get from D3 products)
Pyrucet - roughly 75% left
Metergoline - roughly 85% left
AlloP - this product doesn't make me feel good at all. I think there's roughly 75% left.
Mitolipin - I think there's about 60% left
Lisuride - I've used a about 5 drops, so there's loads left.
Estroban - I think there might be about 50% left.
Did you ever end up trying higher doses? I've gone up to 10mg per day with the current bottle that I have, and i have felt absolutely nothing from it, not even constipation. This is strange, because when I first purchased metergoline from IdeaLabs back in 2017 (when it first came out), I definitely noticed effects relating to energy (made me feel very tired) and bowel function (constipation). I ended up quitting it due to these side effects, before I could gauge whether it was helping with other things (mood, libido, etc).
I then purchased a bottle in 2021 and got wonderful anti-depressive effects from it. This solution was based in eugenol. All it would take would be a few drops (4mg-6mg).
But the bottle I have most recently bought from 2023 (which I still have), just doesn't seem to do anything at all. I cant remember what solution its based in, but the eugenol is no longer there. No effects or side effects. It's a disappointment because I obviously won't be buying this product again from IdeaLabs (even though i am still a customer with them for other things). I am very tempted to try and source it from an online pharmacy to try and see if that will give me those great effects that I once experienced from the 2021 bottle.
Can progesterone be taken indefinitely, or does the body become capable to unregulate processes that start to clear what it deems as elevated levels of a hormone?

Estrogen, in sufficient quantities, just puts the breaks on testosterone production (through negative feedback loop). That's what causes feminising effects. Its not the estrogen itself that feminises. Transexuals often use anti-androgen compounds (like spironolactone) for the feminising effects. I don't think increasing estrogen to very high levels even has the capacity to fully feminise a male if his androgen are still high enough. Many men have very high estrogen but still look like men.

You have direct experience with blue lotus? Most of what I've read from users say that it is just placebo snake oil. There are tons of compounds that look sexy on paper, but don't do much.
