I noticed I have pronounced veins of the tops of my feet and I used to think it was improved vascularity from exercise, but it turns out all pronounced veins seem to be indicative of damaged circulation from overproduction of estrogen, which is to say all pronounced veins are varicose.

Do any of you guys have any experiences or recommendations on fixing bulging veins? I saw on Twitter that topical thyroid can help but I want to hear some more suggestions

@Hugh in bodybuilding circles the recommendation i have seen for venous insufficiency is horse chestnut extract or pycnogenol.

i personally use lumbrokinase/boluoke for circulatory health which seems to help with this issue. it gives me peace of mind as well due to its fibrinolytic activity.

i'd be curious to know too. i sometimes get very pronounced veins on my arms, seems totally random. i recall reading it's a hypothyroid symptom.

someone on the old forum said stoneroot extract (collinsonia canadensis) helps deal with spider veins and hemorrhoids. i can confirm it does wonders for the latter at least.

@Hugh Hawthorn berry, Butcher's broom, OPCs such as Grape Seed Extract, Pine bark AKA pycnogenol.
All herbs have the potential to interfere with medications.

@killchaos @oldchem I see. Very interesting. I'll give it a try with topical application on my one of my feet when I buy some.

@Hugh fwiw i only took collinsonia orally, i don't know if it does anything topically. can't hurt to try though.

@CO3 All of this 'topical thyroid' shit is exhausting. Don't waste it like that.

It's not a localized problem AT ALL. Extreme vascularity is always a sign of high estrogen, and more specifically of a thyroid dysfunction. Without a doubt. You can see it in menopausal women, they're often very vascular especially in the hands. Healthy vascularity is like that of a child, it is noticeable but not exaggerated. Good marker for thyroid health

@CO3 I see. I've been trying that coon Charlie's sups at the strife giving store with little to no results, so I'm going to focus on other means to try to improve thyroid.

Also, are you niche microcelebrity shenzensaxon from xwitter dot com?

@CO3 I've those spider veins. Thanks I didn't know it could be because of high estrogen.
