Why sugar makes me prone to nightmares?
-
I've been a big advocate of no starch high sugar. Life without starch feels fun and trippy but I get nightmares often. Last time I had high triglycerides and maybe I don't process fructose well. I sleep well 9/10, especially on starch before bed.
I had periods of 400-500g sugar daily for almost 2 years and maybe I fucked up my liver somehow.
I dream a lot on sugar , its like a new life out there . Sometimes even a nap of 15 mins makes me dream. l especially if combined with high copper low zinc foods.
I don't get traumatized by the nightmares, sometimes I enjoy them but I feel like it's not optimal.
Any thoughts?

@Androsclerozat You're probably misinterpreting things.

@CO3 probably.

@CO3 I found the issue. Once in a while I eat mushrooms but I cook them only for half an hour and it requires at least 2 hours of boiling.
The endotoxin and bloating that this created increased the intensity of nightmares.
Now I stopped them and I don't have them anymore.
Maybe also the high amount of copper does something I don't know. I was eating 500,g a day.
