      i want to buy NIR and Infrared panels. Nothing too big. Have any of you guys ever experimented with any?

        @Hugh I would recommend just an infrared light (or multiple). They're vastly cheaper and as or more effective. For example this or this.

            Incandescent IR lights are superior to panels in most circumstances but I'd recommend a quality topical LED device as these are easier to use on localized areas such as the gut. I have this one but you can probably get benefits from many LED pads you see on amazon, the only question is the durability of those models.

              @brad I saw some studies on LED panels so I'll try the incandescent in tandem with the 840nm NIR panel

                @Hugh Okay. There are several different wavelengths that amplify mitochondrial activity, not just 840nm, which is why an incandescent or infrared bulb is ideal. It has a very broad spectrum.
