I think I'm OK posting in both places as I'm happy to give a generalised Low A approach a go...no different to how I gave SSKI a go...
I'm not looking for a Great Wise Old Sage to shape my life, but I am happy to run with thoughts that interest me.
I think thats totally fine. Many people have reported feeling better on a low A diet, although Im not sure how much of that is due to the absence of vitamin A and not the absence of all kinds of other things.
I think its good that people get a feeling for how certains vitamins affect them. As Vitamin A can be anti-thyroid in higher doses, which is not a controversial opinion at all, just as this is not news, but has been said by Peat for decades.
