            @thyroidchor27 Good, highest in nutrients, like everything shouldn't be eaten daily, more a few times a week, depends though on your gut health😀

              @kyrre Mung seems to be the best, chickpeas although amazingly tasty are the highest in PUFA and I notice a slump just like when I used to eat heavy seed oil laced restaurant food after eating the latter
