@questforhealth In the end, I have the impression, with experience and time, that the solution to everything chronic revolves around improving the liver (coffee, niacin, taurine, glycine, selenium, vitamin E, vitamin C), thyroid (selenium, b vitamins) and serotonin regulation (niacin, lysine, glycine, zinc, magnesium).

People are sane in the eastern european countryside... Calm. Normal.
For my part, what made me extremely ill was when I started living on my own in Western Europe. Here, the environment is ill, and it reflects on the people. There may be a little more money but there's no cultural, spiritual, emotional, human or food wealth.
If you think it's the right thing to do to get back to your family and culture for your own well-being, then do it.

The part of the U.K. I live in is magical somehow in its own way. Quite lucky.

Burnt my beef tallow. Baked my beef bones.
In a practical sense could I try eating pure fruit for a few days for liver pain? Nothing else.
I think i’ve been mixing too much fat and carbs and protein together. Seems like I need to keep it separate?
I crave fruit EXTREMELY bad, especially sour cherries and that sort of stuff.
Do i just do it? I always try get my ingredients from food instead of supplements. If someone tells me to take taurine i’ll just eat some mutton. Vit c i’ll eat cherries etc etc....

Ate oreos today and projectile vomited. True pig food
I can’t even look at the junk food isle in the supermarket without feeling nauseous anymore
Returning to nature and getting senses back. Going to be canoeing and helping clean up a river next week. Beautiful. Might bring some organic food to cook for volunteers and see how everyone feels about that

And what of the sociable hours on a weekday. Are you working, are you studying, what is occupying you q4h?
-
don't really do any of that stuff yet because of energy levels but want to when they improve
for now i just read about stuff on the computer mostly but try to limit screentime more now
-
maybe i didnt mind spending time around people as a child but honestly just having no filter due to awful adhd just makes me fucking hate people now i'd rather just read about stuff until I get that controlled...
i am very serotonin overloaded currently. serotonin has a smell to it that i know very well.. not joking serotonin has a smell.
dont fkin ask me to describe it. I dont think I could. maybe it has a slight banana or pineapple smell to it but other than that it smells like constipation... idk its difficult

They're likely to improve concomitantly if you keep taking a methodical approach to your dietary choices, maximise your human contact and serve others for no particular reason. And you'd still be doing that if you were studying.
I can promise you when it comes to wellbeing, the grass will always seem greener, because some people are very good at faking it. Or otherwise distracting themselves.

-
why dont you buy yourself a nice slab of grass fed beef and cut it up and freeze it and have a bit each week. feed the mind feed the soul with mineral rich meat not soy fed soulless meat...

@questforhealth Endotoxin. Quit starches. Milk powder pancakes for breakfast, Master broth as main protein source. Daily carrot salad.
Lower amount of fat in diet, take some good vitamin B1 powder, either in homemade capsules or in some liquid. 1g of Aspirin without silicon or titanium in a bit of baking soda and warm liquid everyday. Magnesium glycinate up to 7g before bed. I make capsules using a capsule maker that's 20 dollars on amazon.

Definitely need to reorient yourself a bit, this is a gradual process but it involves letting go of your preconceptions regarding your ability to instantly grasp these health things on an abstract level. Only experience matters. What I did when I was sick is at first I just followed every single thing Ray said, and this developed into my own specific understanding of my own environment and practical applications ( which still 100% aligns with Ray's views just applied specifically) .

dude wtf thats just a normal american diet
