Definitely need to reorient yourself a bit, this is a gradual process but it involves letting go of your preconceptions regarding your ability to instantly grasp these health things on an abstract level. Only experience matters. What I did when I was sick is at first I just followed every single thing Ray said, and this developed into my own specific understanding of my own environment and practical applications ( which still 100% aligns with Ray's views just applied specifically) .

@questforhealth have you heard of the books “The emotion code” and “The body code” by Dr Bradley Nelson? They help you deal with trapped emotions, releasing them and experiencing healing.

man i feel like im losing it, up and down and weird shit happening in my life

sugar and frutis are currently very bad for me. potatoes good. need to try a good milk and good meat maybe again.

maybe if i ate small amounts of good food here and there i could build up strength to butcher my own animals like ancestors.

@questforhealth I've read before if there's an imbalance in calcium:phopshate, that PTH turns glucose to lactic acid to dissolve the bone and restore the balance. It could be why eating sugar is giving you a negative effect. A lot of milk, Vitamin D and K2 (so you can use the calcium properly) ought to be helpful I think.

@questforhealth Kale from what I remember was pretty good, it's got good calcium. It also has selenomethionine (which mimics methionine restriction) there as well. Too much of it would eventually be thyroid suppressive though
