Can you cook bone broth in a pressure cooker?

Any drawbacks to using a pressure cooker to quickly cook bone broth?

@oliveoil yeah, histamine and heavy metal release. Use my recipe

and adapt it to the pressure cooker. i.e. take off the skin off the beef feet once it's possible to do so.
Most good food takes time and effort to make!

@CO3 Very interesting recipe. I'm a bit confused however, in your recipe, you cook the bones for 2 hours due to histamine and heavy metal release (as opposed to the typical 10+ hours bone broth methods). Wouldn't a pressure cooker be more optimal then? Are histamine and heavy metal release primarily due to cooking time, high temperatures, or both? You also mentioned that good food takes time to make, but your recipe is faster than usual. I'll try your recipe with a pressure cooker and update with a photo here.

@oliveoil Well a pressure cooker will just extract the histamines faster, since it's cooking it more. You would need to do the same, just in a shorter time frame (removing the skin from the bones sooner!) . The point about things taking time is more pointed towards maybe a pressure cooker not being ideal! But i could be wrong.
