What are non-Peaty things you still do?

@brightside haha, no but not a bad guess! i used to care quite a bit about fitness/bodybuilding/etc a decade or so ago but that was before that fella came on the scene so i never got into that. these days im more interested in bioenergetics but some habits die hard (hence the muscle meat, jasmine rice, and robotic speech patterns apparently).

@brad i'm gonna try making milk powder choclate cukie
-
@TopicalsOnBalls Long (20+mi) bike rides, although it's probably not as bad due to being on high gear and mostly travel at speeds between 10-15 mph.
-
I eat fast food and if someone else cooks, sometimes I go really low calories for a while, I eat snacks if presented to me, I barely ever drink fruit juices
-
@CO3 Please post recipe if it works

Probably the biggest thing is I'm unsure how committed I am to the nitric oxide stuff. I think it's probably good to limit some types of nitric oxide (like iNOS) because they increase endotoxin and permeability. But increase or at least maintain other types of nitric oxide, like eNOS.
When you dive a little deeper, there's actually some common "peaty" things that increase eNOS too, like mildronate. And even thyroid itself according to this https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0753332220300718

I displace weights in an eccentric fashion at the gym.
-
@Mulloch94 would you ever consider taking nitric oxide precursors? I used to take them for pre-workouts, hadn’t noticed for sure if they ever created issues for me or not.
-
@TopicalsOnBalls I've experimented with citrulline malate, seemed to augment or otherwise synergize well with dopaminergic compounds. Sort of makes sense considering they both have antagonistic effects on prolactin.
-
@TopicalsOnBalls I've had the best experience with phosphodiesterase inhibitors. I prefer the route of increasing cAMP and cGMP. It's probably safer, considering with direct precursors you have less control on what types of NO are being created. PDE-4's will increase nNOS which will stimulate the hypothalamus to release GnRH, which is essential for androgen synthesis. Of course, PDE-5's will increase eNOS, and improve endothelial health. I've tried both pharma and botanical PDE's with little to no preference for either. I actually think oat straw is the best PDE-4, easy to get too. It also inhibits MAO-B. So it's dopaminergic as well. Low dose Cialis is the best PDE-5 in my opinion. Cialis will also antagonize the aromatase, another plus.

Everytime I play with nitric oxide I get a killer migraine
-
I eat raw fish, salmon roe, proscuitto, pork rinds fried in pork lard.
-
I wear socks with some polyester.
-
@fiester What did you use to increase it? I've gotten headaches from stuff like sildenafil before, and I don't think it's a very good drug. Tadalafil is better because it can be dosed as low as 2.5mg and still be effective.
-
Getting upset and depressed and hopeless about the state of humanity.
-
Beets/beetroot powder or garlic. I have less issues with garlic. I do my best to eat rather than supplement. It's possible that there's something else in the beets affecting me, but everytime I tried it I got a mirgraine within half an hour.
-
I don’t want to live past my prime
-
Taking iodine
Hating women
Doing eccentrics
Take amphetamines
Kratom sometimes
Avoiding animal sources of vitamin A (except some butter here and there) -
@fiester Interesting. I may try beetjuice soon to see how it effects me. I've never tried it before because I simply don't like beets. But if I had to take a wild guess, it may be due to the fact it's increasing nitric oxide TOO much. Since beets can directly stimulate it's synthesis. Whereas PDE-inhibitors will only prevent the breakdown of NO.

@thyroidchor27 Hating Women??
