Hello, I unfortunately had food poisoning after eating oysters.
Yesterday I spent the day vomiting with diarrhea and fever. Today I'm feeling better but I have little energy as I only ate well-cooked mushrooms yesterday.

I'm gradually going to start eating normally again, but I'd like to know if you have any advice on how to make a full recovery? I'm thinking of starting colostrum supplementation in a few days.

Thanks @CO3, Coca-cola was the only drink that felt good the first day of my food poisoning. I'll try adding some salt
