@questforhealth check out the thread with the above name on the rpf .
I have it here and will probably start taking it tomorrow.

      Dare to think.

        Started taking MCP yesterday.
Definitely increases BM frequency. Also my mind seems less foggy, but might have also been because of small amount of DHEA I took yesterday.
Yesterday night I forgot to flush after I peed and this morning there was a metallic /oily layer on top of my pee. Maybe coincidence, maybe not.

        Dare to think.

It's an interesting study, I've always believed that H. Pylori, Candida or SIBO aren't there to make life difficult but rather to compensate for something defective in the body.

That sounds really promising. I’m going to try this. No other option for me. Nothing to lose and everything to gain for sure.

@questforhealth I had quite an interesting experience so far on MCP.

It increased my androgens as seen in bigger, fuller muscles and higher libodo. I've seen so many studies on how bad heavy metals are for testosterone and testicular health so this makes sense.

And i think it also increased my energy levels.

The issue was that it was bad for my sleep, thats why I stopped after 2 days. The benefits have remained since then. I also had a bit of headache and was a little moody but nothing crazy.

I've seen the metallic layer on my pee a few more times but it stopped, after I discontinued MCP. Maybe thats a poor man's heavy metal test lol

If all this is true then even weekly dosing should have substantial benefits. Going low and slow with a heavy metal detox is probably a good idea anyway.

                Dare to think.

This is interesting. What dose are you using??

Do you think fixing the gut can help it too? Since the gut plays a role in detox

Also heard heavy metals make milk harder to digest for us??

I used 1 capsule per day for two days. Might take another one tomorrow.

You mean if fixing the gut can help heavy metal detox? Sure, probably less absorption into the blood stream. The gut bile axis also plays a big role! :

@Mauritio said in The relationship between Candida infections and heavy metal toxicity:

"One of the major issues with heavy metals, especially mercury, is the high percentage of reabsorption through the gut. While elemental mercury is poorly absorbed through the gut, its organic methylated form is highly absorbed (90–95% absorption). The non-organic elemental mercury excreted through the bile is often methylated by abnormal bacteria or yeast in the gut resulting in re-absorption of methylated mercury.

                      Dare to think.

I've been thinking about where heavy metals in my body might come from and I remembered that I read something about cigarrette smoke and heavy metals.
And two years ago I moved into an appartment which was contimaned with cigarrete smoke, so that might be a factor in this.

"We have recently shown that metals in
cigarette smoke are essential in the process leading to damage of the vascular endothelium (1)"

"Ciggarettes were fairly varied in their Cd content.
When the cigarette is smoked, Cd is transformed to cadmium oxide, which is then inhaled. Approximately 10% of the Cd is deposited in the lungs, and 20 – 50% is transferred to the circulation (9, 10). Mortada et al. (11) reported that the mean whole blood Cd content in smokers was 1.9 times higher that in non-smokers ..."

"Barany et al. (13) reported that
serum Cd values of young smokers was at least 3.1 fold increased in comparison to young non-smokers..."

"Mortada et al. (11) report blood Pb levels
                        (mean+SD) in non-smokers of 101.6 + 30.9 mg/l and in
                        smokers of 143.7 + 33.8, whereas Satarug et al. (12) report Pb serum levels of 4.2 + 5.4 mg/l in non-smokers and 9.0 +12 in smokers."

Interesting that hair loss is associated with heavy metals.

"Moreover, hair loss was observed to be associated with Sb, Cd, and Ni as well as urinary DNA level, while age was associated only with lead and urinary DNA levels. The duration of smoking had a major impact on Pb and Sb levels. Finally, contamination with all six metals was significantly associated with DNA fragmentation."

This all makes a lot of sense.

Seems like vitamin supplements and all this is BS. We just need nice grass fed beef or lamb, or chickens that just eat insects, some nice potatoes, fruit from the garden etc... Cows milked naturally so they don't spike our estrogen or bs...

Detox our body from heavy mtetals. Stop drinking and eating estrogens,

When you get down to the details you realise peating and life is simple. Our grandparents were peating without even realising. They probably were 100x healthier than us for 100x less effort.

Yes I totally agree. My dad is semi-peating without even knowing. But nowadays there is so many fillers, toxic byproducts, microplastics, E-numbers, etc. that you cant just buy whatever is in store.

I'm doing a diet of grass fed meat + organs, sorghum/potato/white rice, beef tallow and THATS it. Some fruits for minerals. Bone broths.

It's beautiful really how simple it is when we get down to it. I think we just need high DHT to counteract the estrogen and don't PUT IT IN... Instead of eating fkin carrots to 'detox' it....

Do you think a plant based diet might help detox?

I feel like a vegetarian diet could be highly androgenic no?

Ancient grains, potatoes, sorghum and so on... Appropriate fruits and vegetables...

I drank milk last night and literally felt like a woman. I don't think modern milk is food for humans.... Something really wrong with it compared to food grandparents ate.

Just tired of acting a bit manic and wtf all over the place because of all the heavy metals.

Yes. I'm going to try raw grass fed to see if it helps kick off the detox.

Also today I drunk a smoothie of orange peels and banana peels as I heard these can possibly remove heavy metals. Ultimate poor mans detox. Going to see if anything floats on top of the water...

I read they use these in wastewater treatment to remove heavy metals so in theory if we have the gut full of heavy metals and we sweep it out with fruit peels it should get some out at each go? Ironically enough I craved orange peels as a child but no one let me eat them. Children know best.

I messed myself up a little by taking chaga mushroom, but took another dose of pectasol and the detox wasnt as strong anymore: no metallic pee and sleep wasnt as bad as before. And I notice that my skin and hair looks better as well.
Get the small one, you might not need the big container.
