After like the first 5 posts, @Truth and @Norwegian-Mugabe dont even argue with each other. Do not read their replies its literally like they talk into a translator and something else comes out for the other one and vica versa. Hilarious. Like here are my questions, the other gives "answers" to something else Would be great if they used a format like I did to actually argue. Until then, they are both not to be listened to. Thread got derailed with like 5 replies
Thanks for taking the time to perceive, think, and act.
You're still emotionally affected , weeks have gone by, try to free yourself from these lingering negative emotions
You thanked a guy for "perceive, think, act" , who started his comment by saying that he greatly appreciated this garbage post that promotes hate, division, and choosing to create children between "whites" only, based on narratives rather than instincts, experiences and personal preferences, and that promotes the ostracization of non-white people
you thanked him because it makes you feel a little better that someone is saying things that you perceive as confirming your bias, when his comment doesn't change anything to your confused comments from previous weeks that I commented on
It's not about us at all, believe it or not. It's about how he perceived how the exchange went with you two. And he spent a lot of time opining relevantly to other posts on this thread, and made his last comment about how you two could make this thread more meaningful in terms of exchanging opposing ideas.
Learn to be a little more self-effacing. Then again, I would not be surprised if you would make a retort back at me. Spend more time learning bioenergetics in this space, instead of using up your energy on meaningless back and forths.

You replied to this last specific part of his comment, you didn't reply to his entire comment, which implies that you were thanking him for "perceive, think, act" only for this last part,
so it's obvious it's in relation to that since you're butthurt and multiple times you've commented similar things about people saying things you perceived as confirming your bias on me.You and people like the one who made the original post, you dont want "meaningfull exchanges", you want to write your non sense without being asked questions or contradicting your dubious claims.
These "bioenergetic ideas" don't seem to help you or the OP not make dumb claims, and not to hate people who don't hurt others, the OP claims that his "eugenic" garbage ideas that promote hatred, division, ostracization of non-white people based on narratives rather than our instincts, are partly bioenergetic based, which tells you all you need to know about teenagers and/or adults, who try to legitimize their own low energy and/or lingering negative emotions driven tendencies with some theoric mêmes such as "high metabolism" " better structure" "optimal blood sugar metabolism"
What have all these bioenergetic theories got you if you say yourself that you haven't yet reached your ideal of "optimal sugar metabolism" after years on the forum, and you say that's what's missing from the ideas of Raymond and other influencers?

@Kilgore I also support abortion. These people are hillaorusly unreasonable. They also jump to rash conclusions. When I mention eugenics, I am mostly thinking about improving and multiplying the amount of great people. I do not care that much about the lower classes(blacks and women).

Have fun multiplying with "great" men as you dont Care much about women.

@Kilgore said in The coming of the ultimate Aryan eugenic supercycle - an explanation of metabolic group hierarchy:
I have seen that you tried to argue with this person before. Unfortunately, it seems impossible to do so. He is incapable of not having an emotional meltdown about any topic whether race and IQ or religion. Does not answer or disprove any claim you make its crazy. His intellectual level is neurotic Charlie.
Not only incapable of comprehending
Yes. Unbelievable. His reply's are literally a waste.
Spend more time learning bioenergetics in this space, instead of using up your energy on meaningless back and forths.
You are right. It is a waste of time. Lets just talk about our temperatures. I have been raising mine, currently chilling at 99.2F. Sipping some warm milk with honey and cinnamon.
"emotional meltdown" I respond to guys who either write hateful comments, or guys who react to simple questions with hate, so I care less about hurting your feelings. On the "New mission on RPF" post, Yerrag admitted he was wrong, and did an "emotional meltdown" after I asked him about his fictional ideal of "optimal blood metabolism", which he thought he had a very good understanding of, and mentioned that Ray Peat had told him the same thing in an email, whereas Yerrag said that what Raymond and other influencers are missing is how to achieve this "optimal sugar metabolism" in a practical way, so it hurt his feelings that I pointed out that his idea is just fictional and that he's never experienced it.
Norwegian's posts are nonsense, because he's totally confused about his own ideas, he says that well-being isn't the highest goal in life, that the highest goal in life is art, and that Raymond shares his ideas, whereas his signature says that the goal of art is a feeling of serenity and wonder over the long term. So why does he think that serenity and wonder are the highest values in life? Because obviously in his experience these are the feelings that he prefers and that make him feel the best, so this implies that he measures what is optimal by the degree of long-term well-being that it arouses in him and/or the white men with whom he wants to multiply, and that his highest goal in life is well-being even if he's totally confused about that.
Is being "jacked" necessarily associated with a higher degree of Wonder, serenity, well-being in the long term? No, the majority of children aren't jacked, and they generally have more "Wonder" than adults. Are jacked women more serene than non-jacked women? No, of the few jacked women I've seen, they seem to more stressed and less well mentally than non-jacked women. are jacked men more serene and do they have more Wonder? No, the majority of "jacked" men i have Seen have less Wonder than non-jacked men, women and children
So it's clear that Yerrag and norwegian are confused about their ideas on these subjects I mentioned, have tendencies to mental illness, in addition to hating and/or promoting hatred of people who have done no harm to others
If you greatly appreciate this post despite norwegian's common disdain and hatred of people who aren't "white" and women, including on this post, you are confused and potentially have tendencies to mental illness, it's okay to say that from your experience you've observed differences between different people, citing fictional narratives to incite and legitimize disdain and hatred of non-white people and women, and reproduction only between whites driven by narratives, it is problematic, it promotes division, disdain and/or hatred of people who do no harm to others until proven otherwise, and it promotes a state of mental slavery, where we choose who we have children with based on narratives rather than our individual instincts and preferences

@Truth you got it all wrong. The Greeks did not much "care" about women but look at what they achieved. The coming Aryan eugenic supercycle cannot be stopped, and it is all about improving Aryan men towards new peaks that lesser classes can only dream of.

Go on, retreat into your own conjured up make-believe fantasy world. We're watching you spiral and disintegrate. Hope your mom intervenes as you are one sad miserable miscreant.

Yet, I want people who are sculptured like Greek statues. Kitty Blomfield and Dinkov are great examples of people who becomes better looking and healthier through gaining muscle mass. Muscle mass have many advantages, most of all an increase in BMR, betterment in hormonal profile, and higher aesthetic value.
That's what you said when I asked you about your "last Aryan Babylon" where everyone is "jacked" a few weeks ago, you mentionned Kitty Blomfield( a woman), so you included women in your fantasy, and now you're saying that in your Aryan fantasy, you mostly Care to multiply only between "great" white men, and that you don't care much about "lower classes" such as "women and blacks", another contradiction and confusion
Have fun sharing photos of men's behinds and multiplying only between men

It is if that's what you're claiming and criticizing.
Would you prefer direct quotes of your comments that I mentioned, about your fictional idea of "optimal blood sugar" and the fact that you think the practical application of this fictional idea is what's missing from the ideas of Ray Peat and other influencers?

Sure, why not? I know what I wrote.
I won't waste time proving you wrong. What is written is there for the record.
Read them again to make sure you first understood whar is said, and when you are certain of your understanding of it, then bring it out.
Otherwise, you make yourself look even more of a fool.
For the humor of it, I will be patient with you and explain to you my simple English that I try best to be concise and brief.
I may regret doing this but I'm hopeful you are not going to engage in roundabout ways of distracting me from the subject of our discussion.

you clearly said that the practical application of an "optimal sugar metabolism" is what's missing from Raymond Peat's ideas, and didn't answer when I asked if you reached it practically, and now you claim you reached it through Ray Peat's ideas, non sense.
That's what you said weeks ago, either you're confused, you're lying, or you don't know how to express your ideas:
@yerrag said in Banned from RP forum : Can you do better than this.:
RPF, as I said in previous a previous, has been a failure. Its main pillar is that optimal sugar metabolism is the key to health. Yet the site is vexed and stuck in not knowing how to make its members transform themselves from being poor sugar metabolizers into optimal sugar metabolizers. Ray Peat spoke only about the superiority of having optimal sugar metabolism, bit never spoke how to go about making that transformation. The site could have provided that a workable blueprint on how to go about that transformation, thus enabling many members towards the path to metabolic health. But it never got that going. There was a member named Cirion. He was piling on weight taking in lots of sugar because he believed sugar was good, but his body did not metabolize sugar well, and so he suddenly dropped out never to be heard from again. We don't really know if is still alive.
I feel charlie would be better off refocusing the website towards making the transformation to optimal sugar metabolism be a key goal before he embarked on his anti-peat mission.

@yerrag On another matter you criticized thesir and Christians, saying that most of them were slaves:

@TheSir said in New "Mission" of RPF:
Evidently any possible hope for us humans, as well as the world itself, can be found in nothing lesser than God himself. Rather than learned helplessness, this is lucidity given by 10 000 years of hard evidence.
All are helpless. In need of saving! By an external all-[powerful entity in Christ Jesus the Messiah. And very hopeful but hopeless in the infinity of time that Jesus will come and save them. Faith in the non-existent that is to come keeps them as eternal slaves to the powers that be as they die and let their children, and their children's children, keep this nonsense going on while the Zionists and their sycophants keep getting more entrenched in feeding off this brainwashed mass of humans.
It's better off to be born without this brainwashing and abide by natural law, and to be guided by humanistic philosophies such as Buddhism, Taoism, and Confucianism, Zoroastrianism, and Manichaeism. For that may still bring true hope that society will once again develop and not degrade as the government is formed by meritocracy where public servants are respected because they are raised on ethical standards and shame exists as a code exists that serves the common good. This is love expressed in the highest levels of society.
Yet the comment you wrote below seems to manifest notifiable slave tendencies in the way you address to Brad as your guide:

How poorly you understand?
Where did I sat I failed in achieving good sugar metabolism? When I said RPF failed in gettinf its members to transform from poor to optimal sugar metabolism, you mistook that as me saying I never achieved good sugar metabolism.
But didn't I ask you " What if Ray told me I understood well what it takes to achieve good sugar metabolism? " or something to that effect?
Did you ever answer that? You never did want to take me yo on that, didn't you.
As I, just maybe, just maybe, would reveal to you my emaul correspondence with him where he praised me.
But then I'm glad you didn't, because I don't trust you at all to not twist it into your own fabrication and accusation that I am making things up, as that is your nature as I have come to know you in our exchanges.
Your ability to twist my words out of context is the stuff soap operas are given life.

You said "Ray Peat spoke only about the superiority of having optimal sugar metabolism, bit never spoke how to go about making that transformation" implying therefore that the missing aspect of Raymond's ideas is the practical aspect to reach "optimal sugar metabolism", so if then you claim that Raymond confirmed to you in mail that your understanding of this idea is good, it's the theoretical aspect, not on the practical aspect as you said that's what's missing from Raymond's ideas. I've also asked you several times, have you reached it, if not, how do you know what it is if you've never reached it, you haven't answered and that's when you became toxic again.
Now you claim that:
@yerrag said in Beware of the Low Vitamin A Zealots- New Thorough Video by Mike Fave:
Contrary to the delusional claim of @Truth that I wasn't successful in achieving optimal metabolism, I have achieved that already long ago. And it is by following Ray Peat.
Why are you still afflicted with severe confusion, slave tendencies that you criticize, mental illness, hateful tendencies, and even potentially bed ridden and lung problems these past years if you claim to know how to pratically achieve an "optimal sugar metabolism" since years?
