Do faggots here really care about moralizing on a man's personal life? Gatis is a retard because his episteme is flawed. He's right about most things nutritionally. He has a horrendous view of nature that is totally incongruent with his longetivity life philosophy, but it would have a noticeably positive impact on nearly the entire population today if they took his word as law. I believe someone will come along soon with another raw carnivore style diet that is closer to Gatis than Saladino or Liver King and will make huge waves and may even mainstream the diet. He's right about Wim Hof (from his deleterious breathing technique, to cold exposure) being a quack. He's mostly right about exercise and entirely right about bodybuilding.

Yeah my concern is that i have been playing football (soccer) for like 11 years now since i was 7, and his points on exercise and sports really blackpilled me.

I keep watching his videos recently - I like him. Imagine a thousand Goatises swarming every tryhard influencer.

When you pause a video of a person, you'll usually catch them at a bad moment, looking weird.
I used to think this was just normal, but I've discovered that when you pause Goatis, his face almost always looks calm and normal. Goatis gives off a calm grounded vibe, while the vegans or bodybuilders that he's critiquing generally give a manic vibe in comparison. Just try pausing his videos, the person being critiqued will look strange and Goatis will usually look normal, at any given frame you happen to pause.

I think many people today are constantly flickering through manic micro-expressions and this makes the person come off as unstable, which is very unfortunate for socializing.
You could judge a lifestyle, diet, or mentality by whether it produces grounded calm, and this could be measured by pausing a video of the person to try to catch a bad moment!

@BroJonas I don't know much about the guy himself. I just noticed this phenomenon that happens when you pause him in mid-motion. Try it with the Ann Vo videos if you don't like Goatis, it happens with her too.

I agree with you, he looks very calm and has nice skin that is not just superficially good looking but has a great quality to it. I also do really well on meat and very badly on hard to digest grains, they literally make my OCD 10x worse.I do think that the issue lies with me and not with the starches, but with how unhealthy society is rn it's very logical that the shitty diet people have make them unnecessarily unhinged. Like, imagine Goatis with a grain diet, and he'd be an even worse psycho for sure. So maybe his diet balances it out.
I wouldn't say it's healthy to only eat raw meat though, but definitely better than eating foods you can't handle.
