Also how to increase the number of Androgen receptors?
Training is a good way, like lifting heavy weights. Just don't over train. When you do train, train with intensity and velocity, but have several recovery days in between your lift days.
Stay away from any environmental pollutants that might harm your androgen receptors, most commonly different types of plastics. Water bottles, saran wrap, certain types of food containers, etc. A shit ton of cosmetic products are likely suspect as well. Keeping things as simple as possible would be best. Like using soap with minimal ingredients (ideally just glycerin and saponificated oil).
Supplementally there's likely very few things you can do to directly increase androgen receptors. I know vitamin D is very important in the health of AR receptors. But it doesn't really increase AR above baseline. Derek from more plates more dates was injecting l-carnitine a while back. I don't know if he still is. According to him, it's one of the few compounds that has been shown to directly increase AR receptors. L-carnitine is not something that's really viewed positively in bioenergetics iirc. I think Peat said it increases fat oxidation. Whether or not this can be mitigated with anti lipolic substances like aspirin or vitamin E is a mystery. I don't really know enough about L-carnitine to say.

@Mulloch94
Yeah I saw this video on this topic: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jZtj5qqHvOs&t=88sHe mentions L-carnitine as well. Worth a watch.
-
@Santosh what about heavy metals? Have you tested your steroids for those?

Interesting video, and he pretty much makes good points about all of it. I forgot about glycine upregulating AR and 5-ar as well, but that is correct. I think Haidut even posted something about that on the RPF several years ago. So taking some glycine or getting some gelatin in your diet will probably help too.

@onliest My balls had this weird feeling inside them too. Certain heaviness. I get that feeling if I don't cum during sexual interaction or edging.
I read from some people (on Twitter) that their balls got bigger. I am not sure if that has happened to me yet.
In general, I have pretty big and sensitive balls; I had to show them to my father multiple times over the years because I was scared I had testicular cancer. If I wear pants that are too tight (even though I don't feel that they are tight myself) within a couple hours, I get immense pain down there, like I can't even breathe. I certainly want to keep them the same size.
Me bals are very big, very and very big!

@basednigga2006 big big big balllsssss. (But also sensitive)

Been taking 1mg andro (on gums) a day + 5mg preg+DHEA. Deffo a thyroid mimetic. I also am getting more buff, thats what the people are saying at least.

@Kilgore Ray said something about gum application of Progest E being the most bioavailable, since I got tocopherol version I figured why not and got better results than topical.
It does taste like perfume🤮

i hate it

@questforhealth
Vegeteriam peating is possible. Not for me tough.You dont have to interact with threads that you are not interested in.
-
i am interested
why is it not possible for you. if you buy organic vegetarian food you'll get the trace elements you need to make your body work properly vs shitty american grain fed pufa soy meat that brings death and destruction into your body

@questforhealth
My main goal on this forum is bodybuilding/looksmaxxing. I don't like other forums because they have much worse health advice and for some other reasons. I also like the Faustian science experiments that people are doing. I have been more active on Twitter, and I think it's probably a better place for me.
Health-wise, I'm already in the top 5% easily. I haven't been sick in over 10 years. Not even a fever. And six of my great-grandparents lived 90+ years despite having to live in a communist shithole. So pretty good genes as well. I am not worried much about this.
I just use some of the knowledge I find here and add it to my diet. For example, I eat coconut oil with every meal I have, and I added beef gelatin to my diet, eating less pufas, and eating more sugar.
Obviously, there are health points I wouldn't sacrifice for bodybuilding. I would not pin steroids for this and I wouldn't want to be a meat monster with a bloated gut anyway.
My other goal is to improve my efficiency in tackling problems in school/work.

no fever sounds like you are under a lot of stress.
i was like that for only 2 years and now whenever i try raise my metabolism i get DEATHLY sick with the worse flu ever as I imagine a massive infection has built up inside of me
