      @TexugoDoMel During.
I made the mistake of switching my doses way too often.
I should have stayed on a dose for a minimum of 2 weeks, ideally 4-6 weeks.

      This time, 'm going to try 50mcg T4 + 25/ 50 mcg T3 for a month.

I don't know your background (apart from what you said in your post) or your diet in general, but I would consider that something is wrong with your diet or routine, especially if supplementing thyroid with a stable dose doesn't help you and you "feel worse on a long-term basis" just like before, since thyroid increases the need for nutrients.

Thyroid supplementation has to be a support for a higher state, not a mask

Had a brain MRI yesterday. Found out I have a deviated septum and inflamed sinuses. This would explain my chronic stuffed nose, loss of smell, morning fatigue and headache, poor, non-restorative sleep.
Will likely do septoplasty in the coming months.
And I usually sleep on my back, which is only worsening. I will start using bigger pillows and sleep on my side.

@GreekDemiGod If it makes you feel any better, these things are somewhat common findings on an MRI. Somehow I fixed by chronic sinus problems by getting my Vitamin D levels restored to normal (which I think fixed PTH). Though recently spring allergies have been a little annoying. I couldn't bring myself to do a septoplasty.

Started using Gelatin, bought 2 bags of 2 kgs, I'm taking 2 tbsp at each meal bloomed in water, so 6 tbsp/ day.
I'm hoping to have a beneficial effect on my digestion, and to reduce my intestinal inflammation.
Already noticing more bowel movements from it.

              What I'm currently doing

              • 6 tbsp Gelatin per day
              • 75 mcg T4
              • Aggressive Strength Testosterone Booster (1 month of this almost doubled my T levels, from 300 to 590)
              • Dandelion + Chamomile tea

I saw this post by Danny Roddy and it perfectly matches my symptoms. Hopefully getting the dose right and bringing my temps and pulse to optimal levels solves them.

*Hypoglycemia, steatorrhea (fat malabsorption), and gynecomastia are three of the most common liver problems associated with hypothyroidism that I know of. The right dose of thyroid hormone has been used to correct all three problems. Along with all the typical markers of hypothyroidism (e.g., pulse, temperature, cholesterol), the hormone prolactin has been used to assess the severity of liver disease.

Motility is still low, constipation still present. I have to take Magnesium Oxide and Cascara daily to get the bowels moving. I've also been eating gelatin regularly (6 tbsp/ day), it does feel soothing to my digestive tract, but don't feel digestive symptom improvements from it. Helps my sleep, though.

I also started taking TUDCA, Glutamine again. I've used them in the past on and off.
Also drinking dandelion tea regularly (for liver/ bile support)

Bowel movements regularity is now better. And I’m no longer using Mag. Oxide or Cascara Sagrada as I ran out.
Coffee and cigarettes are useful in triggering a BM.
But my chronic bloating hasn’t much improved.
I’m at a loss on what to try next for digestion.

What is your activity levels like? I’ve noticed walking regularly and/or sprinting tend to speed up digestion.

Also I pretty heavily relied upon nicotine for a while which tended to greatly speed up bowels and made my bloating disappear completely, it gave me a very flat stomach that felt great and it was a very similar feeling to thyroid in that regard. Not so similar to thyroid as it made me manic even in smaller doses. Vitamin D tends to eliminate bloating when taken orally but also makes me feel weird when I take it for too long so I only reserve it for when I know I need it. Thyroid has eliminated bloating for me as well but it’s hard to find the right dose. When I’ve eaten liver in the past it has had the same effect but also comes with other bad side effects at higher doses.

I’d say nicotine is a no go long term solution that may be helpful in the short term.

I’m very serious about sprinting though. It has been the most beneficial to my health over any food or supplement.

That’s just my experience with things in terms of digestion

Started tracking my daily bowel movements. It has been a full month where I’ve had at least 2 bowel movements daily.
I’m currently not taking any helpers, like laxatives(Cascara) or Magnesium, which I’ve taken in the past regularly.
The only helpers I take are coffee and some cigarettes (2-4 per day) that help in triggering a bowel movement.

                                So I guess that’s progress.
The stool is not very well formed, so I would say there is some inflammation present.
I still get some dandruff, dermatitis when consuming starch/ wheat and A1 dairy regularly.

I’ve written in my other thread (Thyroid log).
                                  Temps are great now.
Improving thyroid/ temps hasn’t brought me much digestive benefits to be honest.

Walking indeed after meals helps a lot, but I don’t do that regularly.

Realized I need to focus on solving the intestinal inflammation. Do an elimination diet and really identify foods that I don’t tolerate well.

I also have a deviated septum and one of my nostrils clogged, which is affecting my sleep.
Today I woke up feeling better, had 3 bowel movements by 12PM. Quit starch for a few days.
                                    And I’m breathing better today.

You may want to know that there is the "one-airway-theory" or something called like this. Essentially, it says all your mucosa are connected. Bad digestion causes asthma and bronchitis and vice versa. Intestinal inflammation causes inflammated sinus mucosa and vice versa.
That being known, it's still possible that your demigod facial features were prevented from fully developing and your septum was caught in too little space for its original design because of underdevelopment of the width and length of your maxilla. In which case, confirm whether your swallowing technique is right and proper (no touching of the teeth with your tongue, ever) or invest in (dynamic) orthodontics and logopedics lessons first, before any nasal surgery. And ascertain that your surgeon will definitely stitch back any cartilage as reinforcement on the opposite side of where he/she removed it from instead of discarding it. This will of course transform a 15-20 minutes surgery into a thorough c. 1.5hrs surgery.

Major realisation: I realised that Taurine, that I was religiously taking since Peating, is having negative side effects for me.

It makes me more depressed, anhedonic, lowers my libido, causes my dick to not function.
I suspect too much GABA activation.

Is a pity because I thought it has no side defects and it’s one of the most beneficial compounds to take.
I’m going to stop using it.

Last week, I took like 5/6 grams/ day.
