The study you cited I read, but in other studies it displays calcium decreases with coffee consumption.

This article cites the exact same author from the study I linked -- R P Heaney. He himself said there's really not that much of an effect on calcium absorption, saying "Current evidence relates caffeine to reducing calcium absorption efficiency" is just outright wrong, or misses the fact that very small amounts of calcium intake can offset the negatives.
Estradiol levels in the controls were relatively consistent, without age variation (Fig.(Fig.6b).6b). However, caffeine-fed rats exhibited a significantly higher E2 level after 2 weeks of caffeine exposure compared with the controls (P < 0.01 vs. CT). After 4 weeks of caffeine exposure, E2 levels in the caffeine-fed groups were profoundly decreased compared with those measured at 2 weeks, and even lower than for the controls. In addition, total T4 levels of serum samples obtained after 4 weeks of caffeine exposure only were measured, due to a shortage of 2-week serum samples (Fig.(Fig.6c).6c). Caffeine-fed groups showed significantly reduced levels of T4 compared with the controls (P < 0.05 vs. CT), no difference was observed between the caffeine-fed groups.
This study I think shows decently what's going on. High caffeine intake relative to calcium intake (they simply didn't give them calcium) is stressful in nature, hence the estrogen increase. Caffeine helps convert T4 to T3 in the liver, but without the increase in nutrients to meet the metabolic demands the only thing the cells can do is divide. Eventually though there's a stabilizing effect

wouldn't it be good once most of the physical development is complete
as it'd antagonize the excess unhealthy type growth factor/hormone induced growth Ray Peat talked of that rises in association with negative conditions?
a more insulin-ergic stimulatory type eating/lifestyle during earlier life and then at around 35 once most development is done a more anti-aging longevity type one

luckily I started drinking coffee only after I had already been done growing to 6"2 and hadn't grown much by that point
I like coffee for it's mental pro-metabolic benefits and the CO2 production anti-inflammatory actions
makes me feel more energized,, creative even erections get better
combine with sugar and baking soda maybe put in Creatine or Collagen as I have done
and it synchronizes the effects

@CO2Master I believe it’s good after you have fully developed, the way caffiene works on the growth plates and osteoblasts is very odd because it basically just pauses the growth plates and catches up later but of course you won’t want to pause development if your at for example your peek in hormones

@izkrov ? That is not associated with what I’m talking about. That study is not even associated with what im talking about either I agree with you that the difference isn’t huge. Although based upon the 2 responses you have sent me you did not read all the articles fully, then understood what they were talking about. The writing clearly states bone growth pauses because of caffiene.
