I just make a "mock jello" out of fruit juices and gelatin. I've even made coke jello before. The carbonation adds a...element to it, lol. Not bad per se, but it is different. It can also go in hot beverages like coffee. I've added it to masa harina dough when making tortillas before. You can make cheese quesadillas jammed packed with protein this way.

You can make gummies with juice and honey. warm juice, stir in honey, and emulsify gelatin then pour into glass or mold. I make frog gummies with it. frogummies.JPEG

Quick and easy gelatin prep method for the pragmatic Peatarian:

                  1. Put ice cubes and water in bowl
                  2. Sprinkle gelatin powder over top
                  3. Let sit for 3 minutes as it blooms
                  4. Microwave for 90 seconds

                  ๐Ÿ™‚

Two ripe bananas cooked in coconut oil. Add cinnamon and sprinkle gelatin. If you handle bananas this is good

                          I use this recipe https://www.facebook.com/watch/?v=1146748622467076
I found it was coming out a little bitter so I switched to using 12 tbsp sugar instead of the honey.

^ Oh and I use commercial OJ instead of fresh and itโ€™s fine.
