I don’t drink any hot drinks. I tried making orange jelly multiple times, tastes disgusting. Made it once with cherry juice, tasted good, but unfortunately all of the cherry juice in stores has citric acid. Please help!

I just make a "mock jello" out of fruit juices and gelatin. I've even made coke jello before. The carbonation adds a...element to it, lol. Not bad per se, but it is different. It can also go in hot beverages like coffee. I've added it to masa harina dough when making tortillas before. You can make cheese quesadillas jammed packed with protein this way.

Yesterday I consumed 6 tablespoons of gelatin throughout the day blended in to 2% milk and felt and slept the best I have in a while

You can make gummies with juice and honey. warm juice, stir in honey, and emulsify gelatin then pour into glass or mold. I make frog gummies with it.

Quick and easy gelatin prep method for the pragmatic Peatarian:

Two ripe bananas cooked in coconut oil. Add cinnamon and sprinkle gelatin. If you handle bananas this is good

I use this recipe https://www.facebook.com/watch/?v=1146748622467076
I found it was coming out a little bitter so I switched to using 12 tbsp sugar instead of the honey.^ Oh and I use commercial OJ instead of fresh and it’s fine.
