@RealNeat hey RealNeat! Good to see you! I regularly read your posts over there so happy to see you here.
You’ll be happy to know a few of the folks you mentioned are here! Like Hamster, Yerrag, and Amazoniac!

@RealNeat said in Migrated here from RPF as it is inaccessible:

@RealNeat Welcome RealNeat!
Our process of discovery continues. Glad to have you on board. There's definitely a lot of holes in the grand puzzle called health. Sad to see charlie go the way he did, catalyzing the demise of the forum he started. But glad to start anew. Thankful we are fortunate to not start again with a blank slate, and the chance to rebuild with the lessons learned.
I hope you can later on fill us in on what's kept you occupied and distracted, but if it's a health issue I can commiserate and understand it from personally coming through one last year. Each detour we take gives us more insight. The path is strewn with a lot of rabbit holes and wild goose chases. What is and what isn't isn't for the credulous and the uncritical and certainly not for the one trained to believe in myths.
Once again, welcome!

@yerrag Glad to see some signs of life for the MIA of RPF. Thank you! The RPF is back up and running now but I think I’ll be contributing here a lot more often. Yes I will later discuss the delay if time allows. Im glad you are well, was it to do with your BP?

Ill be cross posting here from RPF for this:
Thank you for all of your selfless endeavors and generous time Ray.
I hope you all enjoy this episode as much as I did, my goal was always to try and bring up new subjects that hadn't been asked to him before, or to ask them in different ways or follow up on topics that I thought could use more dissection. I'm really glad that this is the way my last interview with him turned out and that I asked him a few personal questions at the end.

Yes, has to do with my bp. But in an unexpected twist of fate, in my continuing effort to lower my bp, I took a substance (cinnamon bark oil) in the wrong way (in a sugar cube instead of in a capsule). This led to my lungs becoming irritated and losing its ability to expel phlegm. Developed COPD in the form of bronchitis. Realized too late the lower spO2 levels was something to take more seriously. This condition cascaded into my heart failure last year. The heart was effected, so was my nervous system as I developed ataxia, which is about the same thing as Parkinson's. Heart and lungs fully recovered now, with an improven nervous system but crossing my fingers my neurons did not die but only time will tell.
