What about the gut? Do you have gut issues?

@Samyo
For gut, maybe Carrot salad a few times/week?
Or digestive enzymes (hard to find ones not sourced from aspergillus! - except bromelain and papain)
Or... ox bile / betaine hcl ...just be careful with the dose if you do try. Start low.Find relevant info on rpf using this google search:

I resolved my long term gut disbiosis/leaky gut/SIBO via high dose thiamine hcl and magnesium; these two things are needed to heal the gut. The gut bacteria normalized too.
see this one: Dietary Vitamin B1 Intake Influences Gut Microbial Community and the Consequent Production of Short-Chain Fatty Acids
"In this study, we found that vitamin B1, which is an essential nutrient for humans, can have a significant effect on the survival and competition of bacteria in the symbiotic gut microbiota, and we further demonstrated that vitamin B1 can be involved in the production of butyrate, along with the amount of acetate in the intestinal environment. Therefore, the findings of this study are expected to lead to a new concept of healthy lifestyle that emphasizes on building an optimal intestinal environmental condition that enhances human health by modifying the intestinal microbial community through ingestion of appropriate dietary components."and a video:

No, if you tolerate milk OK, there's no reason to stop. Your body needs both calcium and magnesium.
