A delicious way to enjoy pancakes minus the starch! These always turn out great and you would never be able to tell theres no flour.

      Ingredients:
      1/2 cup milk powder
      1/8 cup of milk
      1 egg
      Salt to taste

Whisk ingredients in a bowl. Turn on low heat, add butter or coconut oil to a pan.
Pour mixture in the pan. Flip as soon as they start to brown.

Had these a couple days ago for breakfast and felt the best I'd felt in a few months. Need to do it more often.

Yea I felt great when I had them a few months back and not sure why I stopped. I may try making them in bulk.

The brand I was getting was giving me serious digestive upset after a while. I was having them every morning cause they’re so good.

What’s a good brand you like?
