@MuleMan good question. Don’t know but after all they are a result of cooking and cooling at certain stages of production. And that seems to be a no-no insofar that it results in increased resistant fiber. If it doesn’t cause issues for people I guess it would be ok, although too much resistant fiber isn’t great for anyone.
I enjoy bob s red mill brand. Tastes good, dissolves well, and has no additives. Seems they use better quality potatoes than other brands I’ve tried.

Does anyone use the Thorne d and k (in one) drops?
I’m wondering if the tocopherols (as preservatives) in it are problematic given the tocopherol-quinone clash, if i could call it that. Would appreciate any feedback.

RE: Can't quite ever "finish" a yawn
@raytreats know what you mean. Sounds like you might b lo in co2. Maybe try bag breathing. Just take a small or medium paper bag (preferably paper but I guess plastic works), and breath normally into it until you feel uncomfortable (a few minutes max for most people) Helps to listen to music or watch some thing so you don’t get overly focused on your breathing. A few times a day if you like. If you don’t notice a (maybe subtle) improvement right away, you’ll probably notice one after several days or so.
Seems the practice was devised by a Japanese guy. I forget his name.
