Over the last month or so, I've noticed that the last bit of urine I pass is very cloudy. It even leaves a precipitate of white powder on the toilet bowl when it dries. What are the potential causes of this, and what would the solution be? I consume about 2g of calcium and phosphorus a day, and my diet consists mostly of fruit, juice, dairy, eggs, meat, and some starch, usually bread.

@Cynomel its probably calcium. Ray says most calcium is lost at night and is in the first morning wee. Mine is cloudy in the morning, and through the day when I drink alot of calcium added orange juice, or alot of milk, and goes clear when I drink coke.

@boats Does it feel irritating when you experience this? For me it's kinda irritating to the urethra.

This used to happen to me pretty frequently. In my case it was almost certainly an electrolyte issue worsened by stress. I would increase salt intake and check vitamin D. Progest-E could be worth looking into also

@Cynomel maybe a bit spicier. Go in jars and inspect each time, might be different each time
