carrot salad timing?

when would be the most optimal time to take the carrot salad? I've read rp say to have it with breakfast but I'm not sure the weight of that recommendation, when do yall take it?
I'm inclined to think the last meal you should eat in the day is the carrot salad, during the overnight fast it would clear out endotoxin without anything else I'm eating getting in the way

I take it either first thing in the morning or last thing at night.

If i'm not mistaken i believe Ray's context was not to time the carrots where it would produce a bowel movement in the middle of the night while sleeping. Naturally people under normal conditions wouldn't mess themselves, they'd hold it until they awaken, but holding it too long is not ideal either so ...
My guess is earlier in the daytime or sometime in the evening is best.
