Banning carbogen, pushing PUFAs, diluting the healing and health promoting properties of Vitamin E, promoting vaccines and the use of persorptive toxins to introduce insults internally to create continual virtual battlegrounds within. the body - to name a few - point to a continuing effort to cripple humanity into slavish dependencies on a ruling master class.
Every little cut adds up till humanity dies or falls by a thousand cuts.
Lingchi (aka death by a thousand cuts) was an especially painful form of torture. During the covid debacle, the following quote made sense to me.
The gap between healthspan and lifespan seems to be widening. I am wondering if the word 'healthspan' had to be invented to describe the consequences of our misdirected lifestyles. 'Turbo cancer' is yet another label that needed to be created to normalize the sudden consequences of our misdirected government recommendations.

@otto - Thanks. Dr. Peat was very insightful.

I have a hard time understanding what it means to be nucelophilic and how it differs from electrophilic, and why and how it matters.
Alpha-tocopherol is nucleophilic and gamma-tocopherol is electrophilic.
Do you have an explanation that isn't like one of those things that can never be understood, like 'parasympathetic and "sympathetic?'

@yerrag - Unfortunately, I do not have a strong chemistry background and I would be of little help.

If this were true, then the FDA has single-handedly made made it easier for people to develop Alzheimer's by making it impossible, in the 1930s, for Kodak's subsidiary, Eastman Chemical, to market a mixed tocopherol product that it had made from soya oil. Instead, the FDA made alpha-tocopherol acetate its gold standard. For which now many supplement makers would offer the acetate form as their Vitamin E offering.
This is consistent with the hidden health-robbing and chronic disease-favoring mandate of the FDA, in encouraging the use of second rate and more expensive non-solutions but band-aids to the systematic wrecking of the capability of the human organism to heal itself. Cancer, heart disease, diabetes, are the direct results of a century+ effort to keep humans from developing to its metabolically optimal capability. Together with impoverishing human society with the use of mickey mouse money, thru the Federal Reserve, and in conjunction with pitting humans against each other, using the CIA and M16 and the Mossad, the FDA carries out the parasitic mandate effectively.

Preach it, Brother! Right on!!
You might find this Tucker Carlson show of great interest. Tucker is red pilling the entire population! This video is less than a week old.

Even though the MD (who quit her job as surgeon) is suffering under some delusions, like omega 3's GOOD, she is ethical and has stepped up to the plate, along with her brother. I'm amazed that Youtube is allowing this video to be shown. I pray for her safety.

Has anyone looked into Dr Barrie Tan's work on tocotrienols? He claims, in a very summarised way, that they are better than a-tocopherol.
-
I've looked into him. He is a fraud. He is another pharma plant to draw us away from real vitamin E. For those who don't know rhe real story though, he appears legit. I couldn't convince a cousin to stay away from his bull.
-
@yerrag wow! Thank you, I’m so glad I asked. Do you have any sources about this by any chance or any other info about him please?
I always wondered how Ray could’ve supposedly missed this type of “info” that only Barry Tan was able to have “discovered” etc. -
Please do a search on this on RPF. In there, I exposed his website which is said to contain his references and there was no article nor study supporting his claim.
Interestingly, his product is sold in Amazon Canada while brands such as Unique-E, which contain mixed natural tocopherols, are not available. The rest of the vitamin E offerings at best are made unhealthful by the vitamin E being mixed in a base of soya oil or some PUFA. This is because Canadian customs loves Canadians less and love the filthy medical establishment more.

@yerrag will do, thank you
