Will i run into problems if i drink 3 liters of whole milk a day?
I mix every 1l with 100g white sugar
      Will it cause insulin problems?
      I also eat 1 kg of mash potatoes a day,some eggs,gelatin,carrot and a little fruit/vegetable

I did this and milk made my mouth dry, I had no salivation and in the end I got tired of it
Milk alone diet gave me an afterglow effect after a week, it was amazing but I was demented
