a message to all my fellow toilet warriors having bloody bathroom battles on the daily, yet again glycine is to the rescue.

been dealing with on-and-off ruby red evacuations (part of me saw this as potentially good, less iron accumulation! but lower hematocrits are def no good...) but in recent weeks they had gotten much more grusome. heroic does of gelation to the rescue. 60 grams of gelation, abt 17g of glycine, dissolved in some beautiful orange juice, and the next day... lo and behold no bleeding to be found!

      will update on further tinkering

never forget the profound anti-inflammatory effects of the glycine god

@samson Do you have problems with constipation? How many bowel movements a day?

@Sugarnotsnow if everything is good i can get like 3 no-wipers a day, which is why it sucks because I'm so close to digestion perfection

@samson Thats good. Im the same way. I think 3 or more a day that require little or no wiping is optimal
