      Can eat a dozen eggs before bed, no sleep issues. Eating lamb or beef during the day or for dinner prevents me from falling asleep at night. Feel like it just sits inside of me and rots.

        @Aniciete flesh has to be consumed with enuff carb n starch so it turns into sugar in stomach and stops putrefaction
        Fiber needed as well,try to ensure a bowel movement after that last meal of the day
        Also spoon of gelatin on top of meat to balance out tryptophan

          @Aniciete Have you tried pairing it with gelatin or using gelatin rich cuts like shanks
