Urea consumption

Has anybody tried taking the 120 grams of urea Ray said was safe?
If so, how on earth do you consume it??? Lol
I’m dissolving it in oj and adding sugar and syrup, then eating food, just to not throw up from how bitter it is!
On the other forum, folks said once they reached 180 grams daily it melted belly fat off, which I’m hoping to obtain, but I just can’t do that as is.

@LetTheRedeemed I mentioned to you in another thread that I don't like urea. I experimented with consuming quite a lot of it, I don't remember how many grams per day. I think it stressed my kidneys. My ankles became swollen, my toe became red and gout-like. My hair fell. Probably the worst health experiment I ever tried. So, just be careful and don't ignore negative symptoms.

@Gaston thanks for sharing.
for sure, I don't want to try high dosages again. I'm gonna stick with dosages that keep me feeling good lol.
I will say that it definitely needs high glucose levels... I'm sure some people with better metabolism and maintain high carb-caloric intake can fare better...

I've seen my belly expand like crazy along with my ankles and my calves as well at a later stage of edema which were all warnings sign building up to my eventual collapse and resuscitation and confinement at an ICU with heart failure.
What we would of as fat is really a lot of edema - bloating in short. And a lot of water build up in the ecf and in the tissues
Perhaps the large amount of urea used has more of an effect osmotically in getting rid of the water buildup rather than the elimination of fat.

@yerrag I think I agree. But if it stayed off…. And then you continue to catabolize the fat cells…
Unfortunately the posters in rpf didn’t give a 3 year follow up. One thing I wished happened on any forum.
