Anabology Honey Diet

I am currently in a fat loss phase, started at 215lbs, down to 199 but have plateaued over the past few weeks.
I am going to be starting to experiment with the Honey Diet by Anabology and see how I do.
I will keep this thread updated with results of the experiment.
Current plan:
Honey Diet Protocol (subject to modification)
Breakfast: tall glass of orange juice, handful of dates, sugared black coffee, 5000iu d3, 1mg k2, L-Theanine, B-complex.
Lunch: fruit smoothie w/ honey, L-Theanine
3 o’clock snack: handful of dates
After work: tsp of baking soda
Dinner (7ish): 10oz of beef, 2 cups of goat milk, 3 eggs, whey powder, bbq sauce, egg shell calcium, 8 gelatin gummies.
Before bed: coconut oil and oregano oil mixed, shot of ACV and 2 carrots, magnesium.

@Prometheus88 could you switch the eggshell calcium to be with breakfast instead of your dinner? you've already got plenty of calcium in that meal, and i doubt it is all being absorbed. following

@Prometheus88 who made up the dinner? you or anabiology? what is the point of having milk and beef together and then + whey? and eggs? why not have eggs in first meal and whey in lunch smoothie

@Prometheus88 I don't think you're eating enough sugar/carbs during the day. I'd aim for like 250-300g before the late afternoon fast.
