Try microwaving some parmiggiano/grana padano/pecorino rinds

My go-tos are white chocolate covered dates, fruit leather, freeze-dried fruit, pickled cucumbers and cheese crisps (baked cheese), but there’s also potato and masa chips fried in coconut oil or tallow, pork rinds and jerky.

              • Pre-packaged fruit cups in syrup/juice
              • Applesauce squeeze pouches
              • Ruger wafers (fat is coconut oil and palm kernel oil)
              • Honey Crisp cereal
              • Bugels
              • Oriental Corn Chips (have to check label but a lot of them are made with coconut oil and/or palm kernel oil.)
              • Naked Juice smoothies
              • Microwaved/Pre-Popped Popcorn (check label to see if coconut oil, palm kernel oil, or butter. e.g. LesserEvil Himalayan Pink Salt Organic Popcorn)
              • Reay-to-drink coconut water that has added sugar (or I mix with other juices).

My daily go-to combo at work is Naked Juice Smoothie and Ruger wafers/Bugels from the cafe. At home, it tends to be coconut water, fruit cups and applesauce squeeze pouches.
