      I didn't know anything about "peaty" back then of course.

      If somebody is interested in health/nutrition topics, the book "Heal your metabolism" by Kate Deering should be a good gift.

                When you search for it on the internet you always find recipes with cookies, but I myself have never eaten them with cookies, but with thin plates that have roughly the consistency of a host or communion bread you would get in church. Just chocolate, coconut oil, sugar and these plates.
