    tldr: is 90hdl indicative of a problem?

    my recent bloodwork for cholesterol after last one was quite high is looking like 218 total, 116 LDL, 90 HDL, 60 trig so LDL went down from 160 and HDL stayed about the same compared to 8 months ago when i kinda started getting off a more low carb thing which is good also my tsh went down from 2.6 to 1.8.
    Also the problem both times i was kinda sick last time i had soem stomach thing and now i have some infection in my balls which could cause HDL to raise? Iirc ray said somewhere endotoxin raise HDL or sth im also wondering if it would be needed to do another one when kinda healthy or if it doesnt matter about the HDL.

      It's not bad per se, it is situational. Endotoxin, alcohol, estrogen will raise HDL. It is anti-inflammatory and helpful.

      Ray talking about it:

        @neverever

        this is a typical wuflu thing for males
        gut ---> testicles translocation

        I know lots of people who got this
        peaters are totally blank on microbiome stuff

        emodin or minocycline

        maybe get an iron panel, if iron is low and ferritin is sky high then it's obvious

        if you get a microbiome test and bifido and lacto bacteria are super low I wouldn't be surprised

        do the mainstream adjacent gut stuff like probiotic foods. raw cabbage is really good
