Do you have any experience with expired supplements?

I have a bottle of vitamin E in olive oil ("Tocovit") and a bottle of vitamin B ("Energin") lying around. According to the label, it expired in December 2024.

What do you think? Is it save to take?

The bottles were stored outside the refrigerator at no more than 25 degrees Celsius.

@Milchkanne expiration date is relative. You can use it years on end if you store them in dry, cool place for the most part. A few supplemets are more sensitive to heat (tyromix etc)

@Milchkanne I injected some 8 month old peptides that were sitting in my fridge. Didn’t get any injection site reactions but felt extremely weird after. Panic attack the next day and low blood pressure. Would not recommend
