RE: Synthetic thyroid (Cynomel/Cynoplus) vs NDT (Armour, Tyromax) - which one do you do better with?
I just did a cycle of t3 and I too feel pretty horrible in general, much better off the meds.
I say work on your metabolism through diet and lifestyle and leave the thyroid meds out unless you’re actually clinically hypo.

RE: Would taking thyroid supplements be a good way to lose visceral fat?
I recently went on a t3 cycle for that purpose and it did not help me with fat loss at all, in fact it was the opposite.
I felt horrible the entire time, unmotivated, tired, anhedonic, no sex drive, etc.
I do not recommend using t3 unless you’re actually hypo.

RE: meds.com.mx scammed me
Yo… that’s weird as F…. Is your name actually Stephen Cohen or is that a throw away?
I use a throw away email called StevenCohen …..
Wild coincidence.

T3 monotherapy reactions
Began T3 a few days ago, doing a pseudo version of Dr. Wilson’s T3 only reset protocol
First day of supplementation I felt great, very up beat and optimistic, but since then I have had increased anxiety, vivid dreams, irritability, rumination and general depression as I’m titrations up my dose quickly, started at 32mcg and have worked my way up to 75mcg.
My pulse is sitting between 60-70 and my temps have fluctuated wildly, waking is typically 34.6 and then it drops at lunch to around 35.8.

Intense adrenergic response to dating
I have what seems to be an intense adrenergic response to dating. To combat this I have tried taking L-Theanine and Pregnenolone, neither has helped at all.
My pulse rises and stays above 100 leading up to and during the date, my limbs go cold, I shake, I am unable to loosen up and be myself and I feel this is leading to me struggling to build genuine connections.
I saw a girl I dated a few years back last night who I’ve always liked, I feel a strong love-sick/ cortisol filled feeling since seeing her.
Any advice to help me get this under control and improve my ability to stay calm in these situations?
I am otherwise calm and relaxed.
