      Hi guys

I have suffered for about a year with chronic diarrhea, of different intensity.

I had tried antibiotics and all the gut curing remedies, to no avail.

Two weeks ago I started taking TUDCA, and the first week already showed excellent improvement, now on the second week I have solid stools.

      I hope this helps someone

Thanks for sharing. I've been researching online to help my father with diarrhea. I'm hesitant to recommend TUDCA, simply due to my very bad reaction to it. Do you only get benefits from it?

@Mossy from what i found out about it, its best taken on empty stomach to minimise chances of being a carcinogen there (stays inactive in low pH) , and it increases histamine signalling in the brain so better in the AM
