Ramadan fasting

I can't say much because I don't extend it except when I'm sleeping, but I think of dry fasting as just what I'm doing between meals most of the time. And there maybe something particularly special about prolonging it. @NNight might have something to say about it.
If I had to guess I'd say just try not to begin with your structure/order in a state that doesn't already feel good. Because whatever that arrangement is, it's going to get more concentrated.

@Tarzan17 wake up before sunrise and slam honey and OJ? does that count? would salt/electrolytes be seen as acceptable? if so id say some calcium, magnesium, salt water would probably be good

ask @Truth for detailed information on Islamic stuff, he is a big fan of Muslims and Mohammad in particular.

You could try to supplement with substances which are osmolytes such as taurine, TMG or inositol. They might be protective against dehydration.
