That often happens to me too. Not the whole ejaculate but just part of it. Always a fun surprise and my gf likes to play with it

Could be inadequate hydration/ hormonal imbalance, oxidative stress/higher temperature in testicles

I'm thinking it's maybe due to infrequent emissions, whether voluntary or not.
