This is a warning for anyone who doesn’t feel good on dairy.
I’ve been eating a high amount of green peas over the last couple of months (which are extremely high in phosphorus), and today I realized I have symptoms of high cortisol.

I started reviewing my diet and everything that could be contributing to this, and I discovered that peas contain a lot of phosphorus, which I wasn’t balancing with enough calcium.

This may have led to massive weight gain, cold extremities, late nights, anxiety, and more. So, this is just a reminder to be careful and review your diet regularly

Keep whatever adjustment you've made. Don't doubt it. Just wondering.

Is your water consumption around your training/games a bit schizo by any chance? More so with that ridiculous list of supplements.

Tanking it before during or after basically. Or do you use electrolytic and/or sugary "sports" drinks? (Better/ideal I think.)

@ThinPicking Sugary, but I’ve realized I must add some type of protein to it to mitigate the tryptophan surviving solo after insulin drives other amino acids into muscle cells

There's a lot of ion exchange going on there too.
