      looking to flavor maxx. Garlic, mustard, horseradish and onions is good but need more depth of flavor

              @ZeroTron i'm not sure about its peat status, but hungarian paprika is amazing. in the USA, paprika has been watered down.

                Cinnamon. Maybe cloves.

                The oil in mustard is unsaturated as fuck. Dry mustard powder might have less oil in it.

                    @Hando-Jin it's super easy to make mustard (or powder) from seeds, which you can get in any store. Just grind up and combine with water. Add vinegar to stabilize the flavor if you're going to store it.
