my temperature is warm but I feel lethargic. my eyes are super dry. my urine is very foamy, despite not eating much protein. my tongue is white and smelly. I have rashes on my hands. What could be causing this? I don’t know if a mineral deficiency would be responsible, considering the fact that I’m warm.

        Hi,
        I give a clue:
        Histamine reaction: rash + warm
Foamy urine: if not poor protein digestion or lazy kidneys, it could be not enough water. drink 150 ml every 90', to reach 1.5 liter. Without chlorine.
        White tongue: candida albicans (fungus).
lethargy: poor energy level due to excess stress, when you face problems (adrenal stimulation).

I'd take first f fungus in consideration.
Other pieces of advise are dependent on this point. Not sure.
        explanation on my forum:
Candidose et phytothérapie (in French, translator needed)
        https://mirzoune-ciboulette.forumactif.org/t2021-contenir-le-candida-albicans-avec-la-phytotherapie?highlight=Candidose+et+phytothérapie
=> See the test with a glass of water + saliva: Suspected candida albicans: white filaments suspended in a glass of water (with a coated, whitish tongue).
Afterwards, we'll see which nutrients you could lack.

I don’t think it’s fungal. It’s a harmless white tongue. Doesn’t spread to other parts of the mouth. It just seems like bacteria

It’s not a fungal infection, doesn’t look or feel like one. It’s just a bacterial coating.

OK. So I suppose You can manage and eat what you want. No belly cramp when you do not eat carbs.
I'd take EO softgels with carvacrol and mint. 2 kinds.
If you don't get rid of this "bacterial assault", you'll loose energy (low grade inflammation) + stress. Impact on adrenal.
NB1: If you don't choose the right kind of molecule, you're going to make a selection and leave the place to other ones, much stronger and resistant.
NB2: A saliva sample should be taken and analyzed by a lab. Contact them beforehand for the sampling conditions.

@winters2 might just be bacteria thriving due to lack of dental hygiene, would repeatedly brush teeth until it no longer stains the toothpaste
