Building EMF antenna?

I swear I’ve heard of like a copper wire into the ground or something to combat emfs I mean I sleep 12ft from my neighbors smart meter so I’m kind of not sure what to do

Perhaps an adapted faraday cage?

How is your sleep gg12? Restless, interrupted, too light, too deep. Ok?

@gg12 im pretty sure smart meters are even less emf than home Wifi
