            @mightycoomer Try 5-HT1A agonists like Albizia julibrissin bark extract, limonene (lemon oil) and linalool (lavander oil). Linalool is also a D2 dopamine agonist, pro-GABA and pro-BDNF. All 3 are anti-cortisol. Magnolia officinalis extract is pro-GABA and cannabinoid (CB1 and CB2) anti-stress relaxant. Agmatine is an α2-adrenergic which is pro-GABA and directly mitigates adrenalines α1-adrenergic receptor effects, it's also anti-cortisol and boosts allopregnenolone. Polygala tenuiflora is a great all-round anti-stress botanical.

            Use pure therapeutic grade essential oils, diluted in coconut/olive oil in a capsule.

              Nicotine caffeine mangeniusm vit E and eating slowly and keeping track of what foods do what to me. Also cigarettes idk I’m thinking about trying L theanine and niamincide or however you say it
