Possible, yet it let others assume what you mean or the feeling you're trying to convey, and that can reduce understanding, I suggest it's better for the person to use the words that best correspond to what they think/feel rather than "..." for optimal understanding

Update:
I will be stopping nightshades for the foreseeable future - it just doesn't feel right eating them.
Just a few days off of potatoes and I am able to relax more, feeling emotions and enjoying music like I did as a kid. I am usually obsessed with working/being productive but I feel more mellowed out now
The main reason for stopping though was to see if it can help with my stiff achy shoulders and back. We will have to see if that happens or not, dr Norman f childers recommended at least a couple of months off the nightshades. The improved mental state is nice

I will just quote what was already said before :
All nightshades are anywhere from agrivating to poisonous. Nightshades are among the top causes of inflammatory diseases.
Just because you don't immediately feel negative effects from well cooked potatoes, doesn't mean it's not there.
I think the tropical alternative, the white flesh sweet potato is a safer food. -
@Corngold I believe Dr Norman Childers was the first one to make the connection between nightshades vegetables and arthritis, he wrote the book "Arthritis-Childers' Diet That Stops It!" in the 70s. I can't find the book but apparently he collected anecdotes from 1000s of people that got better on the diet.
As for the exact mechanisms why it causes arthritis in some individuals, I can't say for sure. It probably has to do with the glycoalkaloid poisons like solanine. I read somewhere that excessive parasympathetic nerve activation can make it difficult for muscles to relax, leading to trigger points/muscle knots (solanine being a cholinesterase inhibitor).

@Korven interesting however I think potato and tomato are very good and I've never had issues I can tie to this food group.

How do you feel when eating färskpotatis? I usually tolerate them better with heaps of butter and salt.

Drinking tahiti lemon juice balances things out for me. Makes eating potatoes less likely to develop into depression/sadness/suicidal.
I think there's more to explore in this combination.

@Korven good call. I think its worth it to stay away. I've gone back in forth and whenever I eat after abstaining my sleep suffers and something just feels extremely "off". Same goes for tobacco. I love smoking but it just does something like causes a strange paranoia and lingering feeling of impending doom.
Have you ever noticed your parents or siblings deal with similar symptoms you do when consuming nightshades? My dad deals with nightmares and chronic insomnia and consumes copious amounts of potatoes, tomatoes, and smokes tobacco 24/7.
I bought Childers book a couple months ago and a lot of the testimonials match up with my own experience.

Macrobiotic recommendations aside, there does seem to exist a relationship between our widespread use of potatoes and tomatoes and our high intake of milk and milk products. They are often almost irrevocably paired: tomato sauce and cheese, potatoes and cream. Which came first, the dairy or the nightshades¿ If the nightshades affect our calcium metabolism, then the milk products could be needed to provide us with extra calcium. Or, conversely, our excessive calcium intake from milk products may create a demand for a food such as tomatoes, to break up the accumulation. To keep us balance, the, do tomatoes need cheese, or does cheese need tomatoes? The answer is yes, to both. Your will find it easier to give up nightshades and dairy both, that either one or the other. Conversely, a dariy-free diet that does use nightshades to an appreciable extent could result in calcium loss, as happened to one of my students who had that condition clinically diagnosed. When she eliminated the nightshades, the calcium loss was reversed.

Hello potato people,
I have been eating a lot of nightshades over the past couple of months. Can't be bothered to cook my own "special food" so I just eat whatever is available (often potatoes for lunch and dinner) and I think this has caused my acetylcholine levels to go crazy.
You wouldn't believe the insane, vivid dreams I have been having every night - straight out of some horror film. I toss and turn a lot in bed and can't get long hours of uninterrupted sleep.
I also ruminate a lot during day time on past mistakes, which gives me anxiety. This is weird because I am usually quite zen and live in the present? It's like my brain is relentlessly bringing up useless shit for me to get agitated. Very weird.
The only other thing I can think of is that I started taking Ajipure taurine (2 grams) and vitamin D (5000 IU). Do either of these boost acetylcholine to a significant degree?
I just took 100 mg niacin and this made me feel a lot more chilled out.

typical potato effects, i never have sleep paralysis, i never eat potato, last time i ate it and ate a good amount, i had scary sleep paralysis

And neck pain
Just one day off nightshades and I am feeling very much better, maybe I am allergic to them.
