I think the growband by Hairguard works and compression massage works.
For anyone worried about price, Walgreens sell one for about 20 dollars.

@wester130 The more developed muscles (and larger skulls) of males might make a simple explanation for it being a male problem. It also seems to have something to do with head shape... anecdotally. Smaller heads seem to have less of a problem with it.
As well as it seemingly affecting slouching desk workers much more than, for example, homeless men. As the half-serious joke goes.
