      @djledda danke für die Infos.

      Dare to think.

@Mauritio Sehr schade.

Another question for everyone in here: anyone found frozen potato fries that aren't precooked in vegetable oil? Or wedges? Everything I can find here has sunflower oil. Even something without oil at all would be awesome.

Anybody noiced that eiskonfekt is almost a perfect peaty food?

First four ingredients are all peaty staples: sugar, coconut oil, milk, cacao

          Macros are also good:
High carb, mid- high fat, low protein

I'd prefer fat to be a bit lower than it is (36g)
but it at least almost all of it is saturated (33g) .

I bought the organic orange juice from Aldi in the glass bottle three times in the last few weeks. I don't know whether I was just lucky with the quality, but it was the most elite orange juice I've ever tried. Pretty sweet, no comparison to other orange juices from German supermarkets that taste more like lemon juice.

Downside is that it's 0,75 ml per bottle and not 1L and costs 3,50. So for people who drink lots of orange juice it could become pretty expensive.

I've never been a big party attender, but I never went to a party where I didn't probably offend most of the people there by talking about what I was interested in. (Ray Peat)

@Mr-X No, it was pretty sweet. Did you get a sour one? The one in the glass bottle? I guess it's pretty hit-and-miss then, like with other orange juices, and I was just lucky.

@Luke IIRC it was sour. https://www.aldi-sued.de/de/p.gut-bio-bio-orangendirektsaft--l.000000000000204970.html

                      u mean this one right?

@Mr-X The bottle looks a bit different. It's from "Nur Nur Natur", Aldi Eigenmarke. But I assume it's the same product and they just changed the appearance of the bottle, because I couldn't find the bottle I bought online.

I bought another bottle yesterday. This one wasn't as good as the other ones, so there's definitely some variance. But still better than most orange juice I've ever tried.

I like the vanilla ice cream from REWE only 6 ingridients. No starch, no carraggenan or guar gum...

out of interest, why do you choose an OJ from concentrate rather than a Direktsaft option? from my knowledge thru the Concentrate processing it will lose some amount of the initial nutrients, no?

I like the demeter Ice creams at denns biomarkt, although quite pricey. However the packaging is mostly paper yet the inner part of ice cream boxes seem to be covered which apparently leeches some microplastics into the ice, so I am returning to do the classic DIY peaty coconut oil Ice cream with Skyr, Egg yolks, Wildheidelbeeren and some Honey/Date Syrup (tastes like heaven)
