@chuddy und zufrieden? Nutzt du es wegen Allergien oder generell weil in normalen Waschmitteln Semi Optimale Inhaltsstoffe sind? Waschkraft ist bei dem auch gut wie bei normalen Waschmitteln?

@Mr-X Keine Allergien, es scheint mir einfach das "sauberste" von den Inhaltsstoffen, da "sensitiv"/"für babys" meist generell weniger Mist beinhält, dazu noch Bio etc. Wäscht ohne Probleme.

kennt jemand gute Reiskocher & AirFryer den er empfehlen kann? Mir geht es hier vorallem um die Beschichtung. Bei vielen steht z.b. Edelstahl dann liest man weiter und es steht doch Aluminium, oder es steht Edelstahl aber dann doch irgendeine toxische Beschichtung.

Hey guys. Kennt Jemand eine "Peatesque" Hausarzt oder Endokrinologikum, etc in Berlin? Mit meine Frau, sie nimmt Thzroxine (T4), aber möchte die Aktive Thyroid (T3) probieren. Deswegen. Danke!

@GJD Ich kenne mich leider in Berlin zwar nicht aus, aber für die Münchner (und falls es für euch hart auf hart kommen sollte) hat die Klösterlapotheke einen guten Ruf, und sind auf Schilddrüsenmedikamente spezialisiert. Die stellen auch selber NDT her und haben ein sehr "aufgeklärtes" Personal, was Schilddrüsenhormone betrifft. Es lohnt sich vielleicht, mal bei ihnen nachzufragen, ob sie Ärzte kennen, sie sich mit T3 auskennen und das regelmäßig verschreiben. Als ich dort mein Rezept abgeholt habe, habe ich nachgefragt, ob man eine Marke gegenüber einer anderen empfehlen könnte, und die Frau, die mich bedient hat, wirkte durchaus sehr gut informiert.

Irene Gronegger (Autorin und Journalistin) aus München schreibt auch einen guten Blog über Hashimoto und generell Schilddrüsenphysiologie und hält regelmäßig Vorträge zum Thema.

Besides that I want to mention Landliebe vanillapudding , which is 90% milk and very tasty. Great macros. High carb low protein.

Also Edeka has some good creme brulee without any bad ingredients.

REWE has some great vanilla, chocolate and caramel puddings in small glass containers , no bad ingredients as well.

The best OJ right now is Amecke milde orange IMO .

Oh and DM has some dried mango stripes that are absolutely delicious

I tried different tangerine juices in the last weeks and months, and the best one is from Netto (Lieblings Direktsaft Mandarine). The orange juice is trash though.

And yes, the Mango stripes from dm are the best. Very sweet and without additives, so they use ripe mangos. I tried mango stripes from Penny once or twice and they were from very unripe mangos.

@Luke nice I never shop at netto so I didn't know they had mandarine juice. Since REWE removed my beloved clementine juice I'm in need for a replacement. I'll check it out.

I have some mango stripes from my local market that are even better but DM is a close second.

Well, yesterday I made that post and today I bought a bottle that was relatively sour for the first time. So I may have jinxed it.

I once bought mango stripes on a market in Frankfurt and they were very sweet and had a deep orange color. But also pretty expensive.
