      36 hours into my raw milk a2 fast

      no bowel movements, but skin clearing up

      Will continue for another 36 hours

        @Samyo peat said that a milk only diet is doable for about a month before running into iron deficiency issues. Just FYI, if you’re feeling good from it. He also mentioned that it’s particularly great for the liver.

          I dont feel high energy from it, im warm yeh but moving around feels like more effort

          my iron is at 38.4 umol/L 11-28 R
          Transferrin 1.69 g/L 2.00-3.60 R
          Transferrin Sat. Index 91 % A

            @Samyo is it whole milk? Peat typically recommended low fat milk. If it is full fat, do you have any history of poor fat digestion? If don’t could explain feeling low energy. Just some ideas
