What do you do for your teeth and overall oral health?

@xkraltr Im just using some natural powder for cleaning teeth. Its from clay, activated charcoal, baking soda.

@xkraltr I have never had a cavity or any oral health problems. I swish with coconut oil for 10 min and spit. I have read that monolaurin and monoglycerides of lauric acid have antimicrobial activity against: Helicobacter pylori, Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia vulneris, Enterobcater, and Candida species, including Candida glabrata, Candida albicans, Candida stellatoidea, Candida parapsilosis, Candida tropicalis, and Candida krusei and various viruses.
Ray liked coconut oil so much he was worried it could one day be banned from the import markets as a new drug which "isn't approved by the FDA."

@xkraltr My homemade toothpaste consists of coconut oil, hydroxyapatite, xylitol and some baking soda. I also got xylitol and baking soda mixed in distilled water to flush after drink or meal.

I don't use toothpaste. 'peating' a little over 3 years but in general have never had a cavity. My teeth are discolored, not straight, but strong. I brush twice a day. Electric toothbrushes are best. Fine sodium bicarbonate (baking soda) like Arm & Hammer.in the evening I use :
flossing bow or preferably a waterpik on the molars
tongue scraping (important to find a thin, ideally metal one with two handles, as those don't cause gagging)Both of these help to keep the bacteria down which has the effect of preventing tonsil stones for me too. If issues arise I mainly look at my diet and supplementation, and I take up oil pulling and gargling more frequently.
